im running 18's with 215/35's. anybody got any suggestions on what brand springs and how much should i lower it. i am not rubbing now and not sure if a drop will start it.

no you should but it depends on the offset of your rims anything lower than a 20 offset they you might have some rubbing issues, i currently running a eaibach 2in drop springs with tsw 18 on 215/35/18 and no rubbing u can see pics in my profile

Try going with Tanabe lowering springs, i have 17 inch rims on my xB and am running the Tanabe lowering springs. Dropped me about 2.5" and I have enough room to get bigger rims for sure.
