Well, I was sitting in a left turn lane. A toyota tundra in front of me had his RIGHT turn signal on and was trying to get over. He had NO cars in front of him and we were 100 feet from the red light. Well instead of just merging over, HE PUTS IT IN REVERSE!!!

I was a cars length behind him. I saw the lights come on. Looked in my rearview and had a SUV behind me. So I couldnt back up. I was steady on the horn and he kept coming FAST!! :nails:

Slammed into me HARD. :tap:
I got out of the car and he started to. He had it in gear and the truck was going forawrd. he had to hop back in. I WAS PISSED. Almost hit him but realized that is dumb. :no:

Cops come and he tells them the truth. No written statements, no tickets NOTHING. It was to easy. So the guy owns his own body shop. I said " No its going to my body man" Turns out they know each other. I had them come and tow it and itlooks like he will try and poay cash. Expecting around $5,000-$7000 in damage. Plus rental car. oh:

Shattered the headlight, crushed the hood, the fender and destroyed the front end. Ruined the grill. Pushed the fender into the door. Pushed the fan into the engine/supercharger. bent the rail on the left, pushed the coolant tank into the brake tank, ruined the radiator cooling plate and the fan and all.

damn yo that shyt sux ass i know that feels i got into an accident like 3 weeks ago on my 08 and dude i was pissed. good to know that ur ok and thats wat really counts, cuz u could always get ur car fixed or a new car depending on the damage.

oh man that sucks badly . my fiance had an accident not too long ago as well. his friend was following us to Budds Creek (I see you are from Va so I figured you would know where that is at) but yeah the light had turned red and we stopped. his friend wasnt paying attention and ran right into the back of us sending us into the intersection. thank god no one hit us again.

man that blows, I got hit by a kid talking on his cell phone and when we were waiting for the cops to show he took off but not before I got a picture of his plate. it is good to see you are taking it well, I was on the verg of doing something stupied. good luck keep us updated.

Man that really sucks. Atleast it's all getting paid for. It could be alot worse, he could've driven off.

Im hoping to have it back in the next 2 weeks. I HOPE. I miss driving it. I drive around in the Mazda 6 and people dont stare and wave and talk at the red lights.

But it is nice driving around and not worrying about pot holes, and the curb when parking and where to park and all.

I hear that, we don't have to worry about the potholes here in PHX, but the curbs are a freakin nightmare. Between all the places that just have the half curved curbs(that take three point turns to get up or down) instead of an actual curb to the curbs that are as high as my knees...granted I am only 5' 8"...lol....but I hear ya!!!
